You need to talk to her about it. Tell her your feelings. Explain how it makes you feel for her to be talking to her ex again and ignoring you. Don’t get mad with each other and say stuff you both don’t mean. Stay calm and just talk it all through. If I had to guess I would say she still has some feelings for the ex. But she is with you right. So her feelings for you are greater.. Keep that in mind
