  1. They are the Colonial Vipers from BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.

You can also tell from 2:18 , by the shape of the nose and the engine nacelles, that it is the Mark II Space Superiority fighter version that was designed specifically for use with the Colonial Battlestar ships when the Cylon war broke out.

After the Cylon war, the Viper Mark II was to a great extent succeeded by the more modern Viper Mark VII.

  2. man if vipers were in the airforce i’d join now! haha but they’re not
sadly there should be some Xwings and Naboo fighters too!

  3. Pretty cool video! Enjoyed it.

  4. They are from BATTLESTAR GALACTICA

  5. Excuse me, does anybody know whic movie the airplane at 2:38 is from?
The whole sequence is great, but I really like the design of the vehicle.
It somehow reminds me of Star Wars, but with a more realistic look.

  6. Nice use of Pugachev’s Cobra in the fighter sequences.

  7. second part is from “Battlestar Galactica” series

  8. hey dats arnold “terminator”swatchanegger

  9. awesome video

  10. I am sure you can do that….

  11. would you put it on youtube?

  12. GOOGLE it.. its not on you tube

  13. is it elsewhere on youtube? the song.
I can’t seem to find it, so could you do one with just Wishing Well?

  14. damn you’re right. Just goes to show that you can’t trust a discovery channel speacial.

  15. Actually its 2012. look it up

  16. i dont see the reason to fly that low lol

  17. Its called wishing well by ramond wave, look him up on google

  18. I like the song, does any one know the name of it?

  19. roflcopters

  20. too bad those battlestar galactica ships would be like lawn darts. Lawn darts with rockets on them.

  21. THE F1-11 has an escape module just like the one in the film clips, and it was designed over 30 years ago.

  22. The first one looks like from the movie “Day 6″. The second from Batterstar Galactica? I have not seen the other one. The dogfighting look cool near the end, but the idea of having a flyable escape module looks nice in SciFi, but probably impractical to build in a real plane.

  23. ….this is going to tick some people off but, this was cool to watch ’till a female’s voice came in and ruined it!

  24. its 2010 not 2012

  25. The 2012 thing is based off of the ending of the mayan calander. Some people think its the end of the world, some believe that some major event is going to happen, others think that the mayans just decided to stop there.
