		<description>I have never claim anything other than what you just said. I admire your knowledge of history and sense of diplomacy. I have always said that the US is in many ways the same as the UK, a melting pot with many different culture but both with their own unique identity traits. My comment about not being part of europe refers to the modern european union. It is likely that we will become part of that eventually but not until the time is right</description>
